Area of Functioning: Human Resource Executive (Exp: 1-5 Years)
Basic Understanding

Availability of 6.5 hours for each day.
Job Responsibilities
Identifying target companies and positions that align with client experience, skills, and the current labor market.
Optimizing your LinkedIn profile of client to attract recruiters. Updating client resume to increase client application-to-interview ratio.
Crafting client cover letter to articulate what sets you apart from other applicants.
Improving client talking points to make a great first impression during interviews. Improving client confidence and salary negotiation skills so client receive the largest compensation package.
Education
A Graduate or above in Any Specialization in Human Resource Domain
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous.
Labor Relations certification – may be advantageous.
Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator – may be advantageous.
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
Knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Protecting the interests of all employees.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Specialization Required
Job analysis: Defining the nature and responsibilities of positions and the skills and knowledge necessary for them
Recruitment and staffing: Attracting, interviewing and selecting the right candidates to meet an organization's needs
Organization and utilization of the workforce: Designing an organizational framework that maximizes human resources and establishes systems of communication
Maintenance of the workforce: Addressing health, safety and worker-management issues, including compliance with federal workplace laws
Training and development: Evaluating workers' educational needs and designing programs to meet them
Performance appraisal: Assessing employee job performance to provide feedback and use in determining promotions, salary increases and termination of employment
Employee rewards: Designing programs to reward employees for accomplishments and motivate them to continue performing at a high level
Diversity, equity and inclusion: Designing programs and procedures to ensure that all candidates, employees, and customers are treated fairly and without discrimination
Skills Required
Basic computer operation skill.
Basic English reading and writing
Able to take notes, make calls, keep a check on the to dos of the office
