Area of Functioning: Human Resource Executive (Exp: 2-5 Years)


Basic Understanding

Job Responsibilities for Human Resource Executive

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy

  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  • Managing the recruitment and selection process

  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and prevention of human capital

  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

  • Nurturing a positive working environment

  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  • Maintaining a pay plan and benefits organization

  • Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs

  • Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management

  • Contacting institutions

  • Checking, analyzing, shortlisting, conducting drives, and hiring students

  • Updating the management regarding the same

  • Preparing a hiring test and scoring

  • Preparing HR student-related documents

  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating

  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees

  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed

  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.

  • Addressing any employment-related issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations

  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval

  • Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks

  • Hiring Candidates of Intern to Executive Level

  • On-boarding and Induction of Candidates

  • Managing Weekly and Monthly HR Processes of Candidates (Attendance, Payroll, Policies Check, Attendance, Performance, Queries)

  • Managing Training Requirements of All Candidates

  • Managing Exit Process of All Candidates in India Branch (Certificate, Certificate Letter, Payments, )

  • Managing and Processing HR Legal Requirements of Candidates


Education Required for Human Resource


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree  required related to any field


Qualifications required for Human Resource


  • 1-2 years of experience in Human resources

  • 1-2 years experience in recruiting and other related fields

  • Knowledge on using excel sheets
