Area of Functioning: HR and Administration (Exp: 0-10 Years)
Daily job duties of human resources specialists include:
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees . Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
Interviewing applicants & carrying out the entire hiring process till Termination. Also conduct the training sessions.
Analyzing job duties ,writing job descriptions ,conducting and analyzing compensation surveys ,interpreting union contracts & helping to negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
Resolving grievances & advising supervisors on union contract interpretation and maintaining Employee and Labor Relations (non-union environments).
MBA in Human Resource or Business Administration
Masters in Business or Management, Business with Languages, Government or Public Administration, Law, Secretarial studies.
Social HR Tools or websites knowledge (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Naukri.com, Monster.com etc.)
Behavioural and Non Technical Skills
