Area of Functioning: Counsellor Intern (Exp: 0-3 Years)

Basic Understanding

• Google Meet, Mails, Chats, Hangout

• Availability of 6 hours each day.

• Other Basic Products/tools Understanding or Knowledge of Counselling areas

Responsibilities

• Assessing clients through detailed conversations, interviews, and observations to determine the appropriate testing or examination

• Diagnosing clients mental and emotional disorders

• Creating effective treatment plans that include counselling, medication or other services

• Working with clients and developing their goals

• Regularly discuss the treatment plan wit your patient to identifying faults and room for the improvement

• Educating appropriate coping mechanisms to help patients through tough situations

• Recording the client's progress and changing their treatment plans when they needed

• Providing counselling through face-to-face,over the telephone, or online

Qualification

• 1-3 years of experience as a counsellor

• Excellent communication Skills

• Ability to Empathize with clients

Preferred

• A candidate must have counsellor specialization that focus on companies and corporations
