Job Responsibilities for Counsellors Executive

• Assessing Clients through detailed conversations, interviews, and observations to determine the appropriate testing or examination

• Diagnosing clients mental and emotional state

• Creating effective treatment plans that include counselling, medication or other services

• Working with clients and developing their goals

• Regularly discuss the treatment plan wit your patient to identifying faults and room for the improvement

• Educating appropriate coping mechanisms to help patients through tough situations

• Recording the patient's progress and changing their treatment plans when they needed

• Providing counselling through face-to-face,over the telephone, or online

Education required for Counsellors

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counsellors and related field

Qualifications required for Counsellors

• 1-3 years of experience as a professional counsellor

• Excellent communication Skills

• Ability to Empathize with clients

• A candidate must have counsellor specialization that focus on companies and corporations
