Area of Functioning: Administrator Intern (Exp: 0-3 Years)

Basic Understanding

  • Google Meet, Mails, Chats, Hangout

  • Webcam, Audio

  • Internet connectivity

  • Availability of 6 hours each day.

  • Other Basic Products/tools Understanding or Knowledge of Administration areas


  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as required

  • Dealing with email inquiries

  • Taking minutes

  • Handling diary management and arranging appointments and booking meeting rooms and conference facilities

  • Handling data entry (sales figures, property listings, etc.)

  • Handling general office management such as ordering stationery

  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers

  • Arranging both internal and external events

  • Assisting with the company social media accounts (possibly)

  • Providing administration support to sales reps, property managers, and senior management


  • 1-3 years of experience in Administration

  • Excellent communication Skills and Organising Skills

  • Ability to work and self Manage


  • A candidate must have counsellor specialization that focus on companies and corporations

Technical Skills

  • Management Planning and Understanding

  • Employee, Clients, Service Providers and Company Database Organising

  • Technical understanding of Organisation Working and Hierarchies

  • Data entry

  • General office management

  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers

  • Arranging both internal and external events

  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts

Cross Functional Departments or Sub-Departments

  • Departments namely- Marketing, Designing, Development, Product, Content, HR, Legal, Finance
