Area of Functioning
: Administrator Intern (Exp: 0-3 Years)
Basic Understanding
Google Meet, Mails, Chats, Hangout
Webcam, Audio
Internet connectivity
Availability of 6 hours each day.
Other Basic Products/tools Understanding or Knowledge of Administration areas
Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as required
Dealing with email inquiries
Taking minutes
Handling diary management and arranging appointments and booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
Handling data entry (sales figures, property listings, etc.)
Handling general office management such as ordering stationery
Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
Arranging both internal and external events
Assisting with the company social media accounts (possibly)
Providing administration support to sales reps, property managers, and senior management
Qualification
1-3 years of experience in Administration
Excellent communication Skills and Organising Skills
Ability to work and self Manage
Preferred
A candidate must have counsellor specialization that focus on companies and corporations
Technical Skills
Management Planning and Understanding
Employee, Clients, Service Providers and Company Database Organising
Technical understanding of Organisation Working and Hierarchies
Data entry
General office management
Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
Arranging both internal and external events
Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
Cross Functional Departments or Sub-Departments
