Internet connectivity
Availability of 6.5 hours for each day.
Job Responsibilities for Administrator Executive
Answering incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting calls as required
Handle and Deal with email enquiries
Taking minutes of the minutes.
Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
General office management such as ordering stationary
Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
Arranging both internal and external events
Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
Education Required for Administration
A bachelor's degree in Law or Business Studies.
Qualifications Required for Administration
Proficiency with computers and office equipment is mandatory.
Should be Proficient in running and troubleshoot copiers, scanners, fax machines, postage machines and other office equipment.
Working knowledge of Management systems
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Specialization Required for Administration
A candidate must be specialized in the software used by the administration department.
